Welcome to ECOMMERCE LENDING, LLC. (“eCommerce Lending,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

eCommerce Lending specializes in providing business acquisition financing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • SBA 7(a) Loan Program
  • Capital Access Program
  • Consultative services for business acquisitions
  • Pre-qualification assessments

Our services are tailored to assist clients in securing financing for acquiring online and traditional businesses.

2. Client Agreements

All clients are required to enter into a formal agreement outlining the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, and other pertinent details. This agreement must be signed prior to the commencement of any services.

3. Fulfillment Policy3.1 Service Delivery

Upon execution of the client agreement, eCommerce Lending will initiate the agreed-upon services. The timeline and deliverables will be as specified in the client agreement.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the customized and consultative nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once the client agreement is signed and services have commenced. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the terms and ask any questions prior to signing the agreement.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the engagement prior to signing the client agreement without any penalty. Once the agreement is signed, cancellations are not permitted, and the client is obligated to fulfill the terms of the agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to communications from eCommerce Lending.
  • Adhere to the timelines and obligations outlined in the client agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability

eCommerce Lending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
